Hey, I'm Jack Zou, a Rocket League mechanics and freestyle coach. I've been coaching for over 6 years and have worked with 500+ players, from Bronze all the way to Grand Champion. How a session works: We jump into a private match while calling on Discord. First you show me what you're working on, and I watch you play while analyzing. Then I break down exactly what's going wrong (inputs, timing, car control) and we practice it live until you start hitting it. After the session you get written notes on what to practise next, assignments, plus training packs that fit your level. What I focus on: Every player makes different mistakes, so I don't teach from a script. Most of the time, the first things I fix are: 1) Car control and air roll, the base of every mechanic 2) Your settings (controls, camera, deadzone), which often hold players back without them knowing 3) The one mechanic you want most, broken into small steps you can actually practise I teach everything from first aerials and air dribbles up to flip resets, chained resets, ground pinches, psychos and mustys.
