1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Climbify website (climbify.gg) or any of its services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Climbify.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
You must be the legitimate owner or authorised user of any game account submitted for boosting. Submitting accounts belonging to others without their consent is strictly prohibited.
3. Description of Services
Climbify provides video game rank boosting, coaching, and related services for Rocket League. Service availability, pricing, and scope are as displayed at the time of order. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice, and we shall not be liable to you or any third party for such modification or discontinuation.
Completion time estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guarantees. Factors outside our control, including server outages, queue times, and gameplay variance, may affect delivery time.
4. Orders and Payment
Climbify's currency is the euro (EUR), and every charge, balance and payout is in euros. Prices may be displayed to you in US dollars or pounds sterling depending on where you are; where they are, that is the amount you are charged and your payment provider may apply its own conversion. Boosting prices in those currencies are converted from the euro price at a rate we set. Academy subscription and add-on prices are set separately in each currency rather than converted, so the dollar or pound price is a price in its own right and will not always equal the euro price at the day's exchange rate. Whichever figure is shown to you before you pay is the one you are charged. All prices are inclusive of applicable service fees. Prices are set by Climbify and verified server-side at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order where a pricing error or manipulation is detected.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By placing an order you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Your payment obligation is incurred at the time of checkout. We begin order fulfilment only after payment is confirmed by Stripe.
5. Delivery and Confirmation of Completion
How your order reaches a booster. Once your payment is confirmed, your order becomes visible to our boosters and the first available one takes it. We do not assign orders in advance, so the wait is however long it takes an available booster to pick it up rather than however long one particular person takes to become free. The booster who takes your order commits to completing it as ordered, at the price you paid. If a booster stops responding or cannot finish, we may take the order off them and return it to the feed so another booster can take it. Your order continues: nothing you have paid changes, the progress already made is kept, and you are told in the order chat when it happens and again when somebody picks it up.
Choosing your booster. At checkout, before you pay, you may choose a booster from the list shown, or leave the choice open. If you choose one, the order goes directly to that person rather than to the general pool, and it may take longer, since it waits on that one person. Once a booster has started your order, the booster cannot be changed. If you leave the choice open, the first available booster takes it as described above. A booster's referral code entered at checkout also directs the order to them; a code belonging to somebody who is not a booster still applies its 10% discount, but your order goes to the general pool as usual. We tell you which of these has happened before you pay, and a code we do not recognise is pointed out to you at that moment rather than silently ignored. If you arrived through a booster's own page on this site (for example by pressing the button on it, or by scanning their QR code), that booster is filled in for you at checkout and you are told so; you may still change or clear the choice before paying. Arriving through somebody's page never enters a code for you; only their referral link or QR code does that, and only their code, never a booster, is filled in when the link belongs to somebody who is not a booster. Some boosters take only work that came through their own link or code: they are not in the list you browse and are never given an order from the general pool, but their own page, link and code reach them exactly as described above, and you may still clear the choice before paying.
Booster and coach profiles. Every booster and coach who can be chosen also has a public page on this site at an address made from their username. The description, tagline and languages shown on a booster's or coach's card and page are written by that person. We require them to be truthful but do not verify every claim in them, and they do not form part of what you have ordered: what you have ordered is the service described in section 3 and on your order, delivered by whoever takes it.
Reviews. After an order is complete you may leave a rating and a short review of the booster who delivered it, one per order. Reviews are stored and are not currently displayed anywhere on the Service; we may begin displaying them, in whole or in summary, once enough have been collected, and by leaving one you agree that it may then be shown alongside the booster's profile. Every review is shown anonymously. We display a masked form of your username, such as An**ej, and never your full username, your email address or any other detail that identifies you; anything you choose to write in the review text is shown as you wrote it, so do not put anything in it that you would not want published. The same applies to reviews of coaches under section 14. A review of an order is final once you leave it and cannot be edited afterwards; if it needs changing, contact us at support@climbify.gg and we will do it. A review of a coach works differently, because it covers a month rather than a single order: you may change it for as long as that month is open, and it is fixed once the month closes. We may remove a review that is abusive, off-topic or in breach of section 11.
The order chat. Every order has a chat between you and the booster who delivers it. It stays open for 30 days after the order is finished, so you can still ask something afterwards, and it then becomes read-only: the whole conversation stays there for both of you to read, but no new messages can be sent. We may close a chat sooner if it is being used abusively. After it closes, contact us at support@climbify.gg about anything to do with that order. Links sent in a chat are clickable; we do not check where anybody else's link goes, so treat one from a person you do not know the way you would treat any other link on the internet.
When your booster or coach has finished the work, your order moves to awaiting confirmation and you are notified by email and in your dashboard. You then have 3 days to confirm that it was delivered correctly, or to raise a problem with it.
Raising a problem. Opening a dispute on the order, contacting support, or messaging us about the order within those 3 days stops the clock. The order stays open and a member of our team deals with it. You do not need to do anything formal: any contact about the order counts.
Automatic confirmation. If you confirm, or if the 3 days pass without you raising anything at all, the order is complete and final. We send you a reminder before the 3 days expire. Automatic confirmation exists so that a delivered order does not stay open indefinitely when there is nothing left to resolve, and it is treated as your confirmation that the work was delivered. Any cashback due is credited to your wallet at the same time.
6. Effect of Completion
Once an order is complete, whether you confirmed it or the 3 days elapsed, it is final and we do not offer discretionary refunds on it. This is what allows us to release payment to the booster or coach who did the work, and it is why the 3-day window is the point at which to tell us about a problem.
Exception. We will still consider a refund after completion where you can demonstrate, with clear evidence, that harm was caused by the person who fulfilled your order and that you could not reasonably have known about it within the 3 days. A game-publisher penalty applied to your account and traceable to the fulfilment of your order is the example this is written for. We assess these individually and our decision is made in good faith.
Your statutory rights are unaffected. Nothing in this section limits or excludes any right you have under the consumer law of your country of residence, including your rights where a service was not supplied as described or not carried out with reasonable care and skill. Those rights last as long as the law says they do, regardless of the 3-day window above, and the window is a service-acceptance process rather than a legal deadline for exercising them.
7. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal
Statutory right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers). If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or EEA, you have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Because our services are supplied digitally and typically begin immediately, when you place an order you expressly request that we begin performance during the withdrawal period and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. Where you have made such a request and the service is only partially performed at the time you withdraw, you are liable to pay a proportionate amount for the service provided up to that point, and the balance is refunded to you.
After completion. Refunds after an order is complete are governed by section 6.
Before work begins. If your order has been paid for but no booster has begun work, you may cancel for a full refund by contacting us via Discord or at support@climbify.gg. We aim to action such requests promptly.
After work begins. Once boosting has commenced, refunds are handled on a proportionate basis reflecting the work completed, in line with the withdrawal terms above and your statutory rights. Outside of your statutory rights, Climbify is not obligated to issue refunds for buyer's remorse, dissatisfaction with results delivered within the agreed service scope, game-publisher actions such as account bans or restrictions, or changes to your circumstances after order placement.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any non-waivable statutory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
You have the right to raise a dispute with your bank or card issuer. However, initiating a chargeback or payment reversal where the service has been delivered as agreed, or where a booster has been assigned and work has commenced, constitutes a breach of these Terms. In such cases, Climbify reserves the right to:
- Dispute the chargeback by submitting evidence of service delivery, including order logs, progress records, and communications.
- Suspend or permanently terminate your account from the Service.
- Pursue recovery of the disputed amount through available legal means where permitted.
If you have a concern about your order (including incomplete delivery, quality issues, or billing errors), contact us via Discord or at support@climbify.gg before initiating any payment dispute. We will endeavour to resolve legitimate concerns within 14 days.
9. Account Sharing and Ban Risk
The Piloted boosting mode requires you to provide your game account credentials so your assigned booster can complete the order. You provide them through a dedicated, access-restricted field; they are used only to fulfil your order and are automatically deleted once the order is completed, refunded, or cancelled. You provide these credentials voluntarily.
Rank boosting may violate the Terms of Service of the applicable game publisher (including but not limited to Psyonix, LLC / Epic Games). Climbify makes no representation that boosting is permitted under any game publisher's terms. You assume full and sole responsibility for any consequence arising from the use of our services in relation to your game account, including account suspension, bans, rank resets, or other penalties imposed by the game publisher.
Climbify is not liable for any account action taken by a game publisher during or after the provision of our services, and such actions do not entitle you to a refund.
10. No Affiliation with Game Publishers
Climbify is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Psyonix, LLC, Epic Games, or any other video game publisher or developer. All game titles, ranks, and related trademarks belong to their respective owners.
11. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute services purchased from Climbify without our express written consent.
- Submit false information, fraudulent orders, or manipulate the pricing system.
- Initiate bad-faith or unjustified chargebacks where service has been delivered as agreed.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse Climbify staff or boosters.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to Climbify's systems or another user's account.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account termination without refund.
12. Wallet and Cashback
Climbify may credit cashback or promotional balances to your account wallet. Wallet balances are store credit only: they are non-transferable, cannot be withdrawn as cash, and may only be applied to future orders on the Service. We reserve the right to adjust, expire, or remove promotional balances (credit not purchased by you) at any time. Wallet balance that represents value you paid for is not forfeited on account termination except where required or permitted by law; on request we will refund any such paid balance to your original payment method where reasonably possible.
The wallet and Academy memberships are separate. Recurring memberships do not earn cashback, and wallet balance (cash or promotional) cannot be applied to a membership payment. Cashback is earned on boosting orders and on one-off coaching sessions only.
13. Referrals and Partner Payouts
Referral codes. Every account has a referral code, and boosters may choose their own. The two sides of the Service work differently, because they are different kinds of purchase.
Boosting: each order is judged on its own. The code entered at checkout on a given order decides everything about that order. The customer receives 10% off it, and the owner of that code earns 10% of it. Entering no code means no discount and no commission on that order. Entering the same code on a later order earns it again; entering a different code sends it to that person instead. Nothing is remembered between orders, and no code applied to one order affects any other.
Academy: the referral continues. Credit is decided by the referred person's first Academy purchase, and from then on you earn 10% of every membership payment they make for as long as they keep paying. You may also enter somebody's referral code at the Academy checkout itself, which attaches it the same way. A code applied after that first purchase does not change who is credited, and is refused at the checkout rather than accepted and ignored. Following somebody's referral link (or scanning their QR code) attaches their code to your account for the Academy in the same way as typing it at signup, including when you already have an account, and the last code attached before your first Academy purchase is the one that counts. Boosting and Academy are counted entirely separately.
The discount applies once, the commission continues. A referral takes 10% off a single purchase: one boosting order, or your first Academy purchase of any kind, whether that is a one-off session, an extra, or the first payment of a membership. On the Academy the discount is spent by that first purchase: if you used it on a one-off session, a membership you buy later is charged at the advertised price from its first payment, and the other way round. A promo code may still apply to a later purchase under its own rules, but the referral discount and a promo code are never both applied to one purchase. On a membership the referral discount comes off the FIRST payment only: the membership renews at the advertised price from the second payment onwards. The renewal price is shown on the checkout beside the discounted one, before any card details are entered, and again on the payment step. The 10% commission described above is separate and is unaffected by the discount: whoever referred you earns 10% of every Academy payment you make, including one-off sessions and extras, unless they are the coach delivering that work themselves, in which case they receive their higher delivery share for a student they referred, as set out in their coach agreement, instead of a commission on it.
The referral discount cannot be combined with cashback on the same purchase.
Choosing your code. If you take boosting work you may replace your automatically generated code with one of your own, between three and eight letters or numbers. You may change it once every 30 days. A code you change stops working immediately, including for anyone who already has the old one, so choose one you are willing to keep.
Where commission goes. By default, referral commission is credited to your wallet as promotional store credit under section 12. If you are accepted into our partner programme, commission you earn from that point onwards is instead payable to you in cash. Commission already earned as store credit is not converted retrospectively.
Payouts. Cash payouts to boosters, coaches, and partners are made through Stripe Connect and require you to complete Stripe's onboarding and identity verification. You are responsible for providing accurate information, for any taxes due on amounts you receive, and for maintaining the legal status (such as a registered business or sole trader) that your jurisdiction requires. Earnings from an order become available to withdraw 10 days after that order is complete under section 5, unless a shorter holding period has been agreed with you, in which case that one applies and is shown on your referrals page; subscription earnings become available at the end of the billing period they relate to, with no further holding period, and an agreed shorter period does not change that, because that date is the end of the period the work was paid for rather than a holding period. This holding period is not a warranty and does not extend any right of the customer: an order that is complete remains final under section 6 throughout it. It exists so that a payment reversed or charged back shortly after completion can be set against the balance it was paid from. Where a rate has been agreed with you for delivering work, it applies from the moment it is set and is never applied backwards: a boosting order settles at the rate in force when the order was assigned to you, a coaching session or replay review at the rate in force when you delivered it, and anything already settled keeps the rate it was paid at. The minimum payout is 10.00 in the currency your bank is paid in, the same round figure whichever that is, and payouts are requested by you rather than sent automatically. Once a payout has been approved, Stripe sends it on to your bank without any further action from you, and it typically arrives about two working days later. The withdrawal fee below includes a flat component, so a payout at or near the minimum costs a significantly larger proportion of itself than a larger one; the exact fee and the exact amount you will receive are shown before you confirm. Each one carries a withdrawal fee of 1% plus €2.25, capped at €25.00. We hold and pay all balances in euros, which is what the fee above is charged in; where your payouts page shows it in another currency, that is the same fee converted at our published rate, and the minimum above is a round figure in that currency rather than a converted one. If your bank account is in another currency, Stripe converts the payment on the way into your bank and takes its own share of that conversion, so what arrives is a little under the plain exchange rate. We add nothing of our own for converting. The exact amount your bank receives depends on the rate on the day, and the figure shown to you before you confirm already allows for the conversion and is set deliberately below what should arrive rather than above it. Your current balance, the fee, and the amount you will receive are shown before you confirm any withdrawal.
Tips. A customer may add a tip to an order they have confirmed. A tip is voluntary, is never part of the price you were quoted, and is not refundable once the order is complete. The person who delivered the order keeps 90% of the tip after the payment processing fee is deducted, and we may agree a different share with an individual partner. A tip is settled and held the same way any other earning is, and is reversed if the payment behind it is reversed.
Reversals. Where an order or subscription payment is refunded or charged back, any commission and revenue share paid on it is reversed. This applies to a one-off Academy purchase in the same way, and a session or replay review that was bought and refunded before it was used stops being bookable, because it has been paid back. Where the refunded purchase had already been used to book a session that has not yet taken place, that booking is cancelled and both you and your coach are told; a session that has already taken place stands as delivered. A reversal follows a payment refunded in full; a partial refund does not reverse anything. If your balance is insufficient at that time, the reversal is set against your future earnings. We may withhold or cancel commission where a referral appears not to be genuine, including where the referring and referred accounts appear to be controlled by the same person. Self-referral is not permitted.
14. Academy Memberships and Coaching
What a membership includes. An Academy membership delivers either live coaching sessions or written replay reviews, at the number per calendar month shown on the plan you chose. Sessions and reviews are not interchangeable: a plan covers one or the other. Either can also be bought one at a time as an extra, described below.
When credits arrive, and how long they last. Credits are added on your billing anniversary each month. They do not expire. Unused credits accumulate up to a cap shown on your dashboard, and they remain yours to spend after you cancel, for as long as your account exists. If your subscription lapses, no new credits are added, but the ones you have already earned stay bookable.
Your coach. Every membership has one coach, and you choose them yourself. Choosing a coach is required at checkout and the purchase cannot be completed without one; we do not assign anybody for you. You may change who it is from your dashboard afterwards. They deliver your sessions or your replay reviews, set your training plan, and score your progress. You may change coach once per billing period from your dashboard, and you must give a reason from the list provided. If you need to change again in the same period, contact us and we will do it for you. Somebody who has bought sessions individually rather than as a membership may choose a coach in the same way and may change that choice at any time, as often as they like; the sessions stay theirs to spend whenever they like, with whichever coach is chosen at the time. If you arrived through a coach's own page on this site, that coach is filled in for you at checkout and you are told so; you may still change the choice before paying, and a code is never entered for you by a page visit. Some coaches take only members who came through their own link or code: they are not in the list you browse, but their own page, link and code reach them exactly as above, and you may still change the choice before paying.
Reviewing your coach. You are asked to rate your coach once for every month of membership. A month becomes reviewable when it has finished and your coach has actually delivered something in your time with them: a session held, or a replay breakdown delivered. You may write or change that month's review for as long as it is open, which is until the following month becomes reviewable. If you say nothing, the month is recorded as five stars with no written review. We do this because people who are satisfied usually say nothing while people who are not tell us, so counting silence as nothing at all would leave the rating to complaints alone; you can prevent it simply by leaving your own rating while the month is open, and you are sent a notification when each month opens. Reviews are stored and are not currently displayed anywhere on the Service; we may begin displaying them once enough have been collected. We may remove a review that is abusive, off-topic or in breach of section 11.
What happens to booked sessions when you change coach. A session booked further ahead than your current coach's notice window is cancelled and its credit returned to you. A session inside that window is cancelled and its credit is used, exactly as a late cancellation would be. This is shown to you before you confirm the change, with the sessions and times listed. If we move you to a different coach, you lose nothing: every booked session is returned to you and it does not count against your one change for the period.
Cancelling a session. Each coach sets their own notice window, which is shown on every booking. Cancel with more notice than that and your credit is returned to your account, whether it came from your plan or from a session you bought on its own, and you can use it to book another hour. Cancel with less, or do not attend, and the credit is used, because your coach has held the time and turned other bookings away. Cancelling never refunds your payment. If you would rather have your money back than the credit, open a ticket in our Discord or write to support@climbify.gg, and the request is handled as described under Refunds below.
If you are marked as not attending. A coach may only mark you as absent if they attach evidence that they attempted to reach you. If you believe it is wrong, you may contest it from your dashboard within 14 days. Contesting holds your coach's payment for that session while we look at it. We will read what both of you have said and come back to you.
Reporting a coach. You may report a coach you have worked with, for any reason on the list provided, with screenshots if you have them. Reports go to us, not to the coach, and they are never told who reported them or what was said. A report is not automatic. It does not by itself return a credit, withhold anybody's payment or remove anybody: every one of those is a decision we make after reading it, and we will tell you what we decided.
Single sessions. Coaching sessions bought individually, rather than as part of a membership, are credits in the same way, and they do not expire. You choose a coach when you buy, you may change that choice at any time, and you may book with any coach who has published hours. What a single session buys is the hour, the write-up that follows it, and one scoring of your game on the six axes, which you can read on your dashboard. Buying one opens your Academy dashboard, where you book your hours, read your scoring and message your coach. Two things are not part of it: the training plan your coach sets you between sessions and the challenges that go with it, both of which come with a membership. The reduced prices members pay for extra sessions and replay reviews are also a membership benefit, so a session bought without one is bought at the standard price.
Extras for members. As a member you may buy one more live session or one more replay review at any time, of either kind, at the member price shown in your dashboard. The price depends on your plan: members on the four-a-month plan pay less than members on the once or twice-a-month plans, and every extra is priced above the cost of moving up to the next plan, so that upgrading is always the cheaper way to get more every month. Each extra is a single payment with no renewal. Extras do not count towards the cap on unused plan credits described above: they are held separately, so buying one raises what you can hold by one. Extras never expire and are yours after you cancel. When you book or send, plan credits are used first and extras afterwards, so a bought credit is never spent while a plan credit sits unused. Extras cannot be refunded once bought, other than as described under Refunds below.
Challenges. Your coach may set you a challenge: a task with a deadline, which you answer by adding a link to a clip of yourself doing it. Challenges are optional, they are not a credit and they cost nothing. Only the coach who set the challenge sees what you hand in; it is never shown to other students. You may hand in after the deadline, in which case it is recorded as late, and you may replace your clip at any time until your coach has written back on it. A coach may set a challenge only for their own current students, and if you change coach, the new one cannot see what you handed in to the old one.
Rewards offered on a challenge are between you and your coach. Where a coach offers something for taking part or for the best entries, for example a place in a video they are making, that offer is made by the coach in a personal capacity. Climbify does not fund, judge, administer or guarantee it, it is not part of what your membership or your session purchase buys, and nothing about it is held against your account. Choosing who receives anything offered is entirely the coach's decision. If a coach does not do what they offered, tell us: we can act against the coach under section 11, but we cannot provide the reward ourselves.
Replay reviews are asynchronous. A replay review is a written breakdown returned to your dashboard, not a live session. You submit between one and three replay files, or between one and three links to recordings, from the same session, and your coach returns written findings and a score on six axes. One review is one credit however many replays it covers, up to that maximum of three. There is no live component and no document to download.
Cancelling a membership. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep access, and every credit you have earned, until then and afterwards. We do not pro-rate a partial month.
Wallet cashback does not apply. Academy memberships, Academy sessions and Academy extras do not earn wallet cashback, and wallet balance cannot be put towards them. Cashback applies to boosting orders only.
Refunds. Because credits do not expire and remain yours after cancellation, we do not refund unused credits as cash. Where we have failed to deliver something you paid for, contact us and we will put it right, which may include a refund at our discretion. This does not affect your statutory withdrawal rights described in section 7.
Conduct. Sessions run in Discord. The conduct rules in section 11 apply to them in full. Arranging or accepting coaching outside the platform with a coach you met through Climbify, in order to avoid platform fees, is a breach of these Terms and may result in termination of your account.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Climbify and its operators, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or account-related damages, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Climbify's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Climbify in the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
