Champion to Grand Champion
By Champion the obvious mistakes are gone. What separates Champion from Grand Champion is not a trick you are missing, it is speed: how quickly you read the play, how early you commit, and how little time you give the opponent on the ball. The margins are small and they are hard to see from inside your own gameplay.
Buy sessions one at a time. Each is a full 60 minutes with an SSL coach, and you pick who you book.
Wallet cashback applies to boosting orders only. Academy plans and sessions do not earn it, and wallet balance cannot be put towards them.
How it works
Pick your coach, then pick how they teach you: live hours on screen share, or written breakdowns of your own games. Either way it is one SSL coach who stays with you and scores the same six axes every time.
Why the Academy
Coaching at this level is detailed and slightly uncomfortable. Your coach will pause on touches you thought were fine and explain what the GC version of that moment looks like. Most of the work is half a second earlier, or one boost pad different.
At this rank the coach has to be meaningfully above you or the notes are guesswork. Every Academy coach is a verified SSL.
Not faster hands. Reading the play early enough that your first touch is already the right one, which is the real Champ to GC gap.
GC lobbies punish a broken challenge instantly. Learning which pressure is safe to apply is most of the rank.
Request it in your dashboard, your coach approves it, one climb at a time.

FAQ
Yes. Every coach in the Academy is a verified Supersonic Legend, which is the whole point at this level: a Grand Champion coaching a Grand Champion is two people guessing.
Speed of decision, mostly. Champions and Grand Champions can hit the same shots. GC players decide earlier, commit with better information, and give the opponent less time on the ball.
Both, and most members at this level run a plan with some of each. Reviews catch the pattern across games, sessions let your coach watch you try to change it in real time.
Yes. Tournament play at this rank is a different rhythm from ranked, and a session on best-of-five pacing and kickoff variance is a common request.
A session is a full 60 minutes, one to one with a verified Supersonic Legend, in a private voice channel set up for you. You play, they watch and talk you through what you are doing, and you finish with the two or three habits costing you the most games and a drill for each. Nothing is a prerecorded course and nothing is shared with another student.
In writing, and it is deliberately offline. You upload the replay file whenever you like, your coach watches it in their own time and returns a written breakdown of what went wrong and what to practise. There is no call and no scheduling involved, which is the point: it is the option for people whose free hours never line up with anybody else’s. A review cannot be marked delivered without the document attached, so a credit can never be spent on nothing.
You can buy sessions on their own, from one to ten, and they get cheaper per session the more you take. They never expire, nothing is assigned to you, and you book whichever coach you like from the calendar, so buying two and trying two different coaches is a perfectly sensible way to start.
They are two products at the same rhythm, not two tiers of one. Replay Reviews delivers a written breakdown; Live Coaching delivers a live hour. Neither includes the other, and both come with the coach chat, the training plan and the progress tracking, so the only question is whether you want your games explained or played through with you.
No. Credits are yours until you spend them, including after a subscription ends. What is capped is how many can stack up at once, so a plan cannot bank a year of coaching and land it on one coach in a week: eight on the four-a-month plan, four on the two-a-month plan, two on the one-a-month plan. Once you are at the cap, the next one arrives when you spend one.
You pick from the calendar rather than being allocated. If it is not working out you can change coach yourself once per billing period, which is enough to leave somebody you are not getting on with and not enough to shop around every week. Sessions you have already booked outside that coach’s notice window are cancelled with the credit returned.
You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing renews after that. Any credits you have already banked stay yours and stay bookable, because they are coaching you paid for and have not received yet.
Nobody honest can promise that, because you are the one playing. Coaching makes you better and better players climb, but the rate is yours. If you want a specific rank by a specific date, that is what boosting is for, and plenty of people do both: get carried through the rank, then learn to hold it.
No. Cashback is a boosting thing: boosting orders earn 5% into your wallet, and that balance can be spent on future boosts. Academy plans and sessions neither earn cashback nor can be paid for with it, which is worth knowing before you buy rather than after.
The other way up
A verified Supersonic Legend can take the account there instead, usually starting within minutes.
