Most of our boosters are based in Europe, so if it is late at night or early morning there they are most likely asleep and will pick your order up as soon as they are back online. European boosters mostly run on Central European Time (UTC+1, or UTC+2 in summer), so it is worth checking whether it is currently night time in the EU before worrying. If you still have not heard anything after a reasonable wait, message us from your dashboard or on our Discord and we will follow up with your booster right away.
